Apadmi targets 20 percent FY26 growth with new hires

Tue, 27th Jan 2026

Mobile consultancy Apadmi has forecast 20% revenue growth in FY26, alongside new client work and two senior appointments in Amsterdam and marketing.

The company said it had started the year with new projects for Yeo Valley Organic, Topps Tiles and Matalan. Apadmi described the work as focused on mobile products and mobile experience development.

Apadmi also pointed to its most recently announced annual accounts, which covered the period to the end of March 2025. It reported revenue of GBP £30 million. It said this represented a 32% increase on the previous year. The company also reported a 54% increase in EBITDA across Apadmi Group.

New client work

Apadmi said it was working with Britain's largest organic food brand Yeo Valley Organic, tile seller Topps Tiles and omni-channel retailer Matalan. The company has built its business around design, development and optimisation of mobile apps for brands.

The consultancy said mobile remained a priority channel for its clients. It also linked client demand with the need for specialist skills in mobile product delivery.

"We're excited to be continuously adding big, ambitious brands to our extensive client list. Mobile is an essential platform for our clients to meet their customers where they are and the need for specialist expertise to deliver that is an important driver of Apadmi's ongoing growth," said Keeley Lee, Client Services Director, Apadmi.

Apadmi works across several sectors, including retail, healthcare, financial services, travel, media and utilities. It lists clients including Domino's, Co-op, the NHS, Charles Stanley, Gulf Air and the BBC.

Senior appointments

Apadmi has made two senior hires. Tim Klein Hanveld has taken over the Amsterdam operation as Managing Director of Apadmi Benelux. He previously led Dutch mobile business Pinch, which joined Apadmi Group last year.

Mellissa Flowerdew-Clarke has joined as Global CMO. Apadmi said Flowerdew-Clarke spent 10 years leading EMEA marketing efforts at digital agency Dept.

"The addition of both Tim leading in Amsterdam and Mellissa's marketing experience brings further strength and depth to our leadership team. Our ongoing success is driven by having the right people in place as Apadmi continues to grow across all our markets," said Garry Partington, Founder and CEO, Apadmi.

Apadmi has grown its European footprint through acquisition. In 2025 it bought Droids on Roids in Poland and Pinch in the Netherlands. The company described these deals as part of a broader expansion across Europe and Asia.

M&A pipeline

Apadmi said it expected further growth this year and planned to continue its acquisition programme. It said it wanted to enter more markets through deals.

"Last year was strong for us, and we're heading into 2026 with real momentum. We have several active M&A conversations underway and a clear ambition to grow both in scale and geography. This means focussing on our strengths and finding businesses with a similar progressive approach to digital products and mobile," said Jasper van de Luijtgaarden.

The company said it had more than 450 mobile specialists globally. It has offices in the UK, the Netherlands, Poland, the US and Sri Lanka. Apadmi reported a retention rate of existing talent of 90.8%.

Apadmi also said it had appeared in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work list for the last three years. The company said it expected growth to continue through new client programmes and additional acquisitions in new markets.
