Workspace AV unveils new brand & website amid rapid growth

Fri, 5th Dec 2025

Workspace AV, a specialist in audio visual technology for business and public spaces, has undergone a major rebrand as it continues a period of rapid growth both in the UK and internationally. The company has adopted a new visual identity and website following its collaboration with Milk & Tweed, a design agency based in Chippenham and Brighton.

Growth drivers

Workspace AV, established four years ago, has seen increasing demand from organisations adapting to hybrid and remote working environments. The company designs, installs and maintains AV systems for offices, boardrooms, retail environments, educational institutions and hospitality venues.

According to Ellie Double, Marketing Manager, the push for improved workplace connectivity accelerated after the pandemic. "There's a real need for inclusivity when team members aren't present in the office and part of our offer is technology that does that," said Double. "We help businesses create better-connected, more engaging spaces through technology."

Workspace AV has developed solutions, such as video conferencing systems with cameras that track whoever is speaking. The company serves clients across the UK and Europe, with offices in London, Romsey and Amsterdam. Its client base includes major brands such as Universal, Skanska, Furniture Village and Smash Burgers.

Brand refresh

The company's growth and widening customer base prompted a re-evaluation of its brand and online presence. Double said the brand and website needed to demonstrate confidence and expertise to match Workspace AV's current position in the market. "We've gone through this period of growth and we wanted our brand and website to reflect the strength, confidence and expertise we have in our team," said Double.

She added that the website now plays a central role in Workspace AV's marketing activities, as it is often the first impression potential customers have of the company. "Our website is the first impression for most of our potential customers and it plays a huge role in credibility, trust, and brand perception. It's central to our marketing strategy, email campaigns and social media drive people back to the website, so getting it right was a big priority for us," said Double.

Agency selection

Workspace AV chose Milk & Tweed to oversee the rebrand and website project. Double explained the decision: "We liked what they'd done and when we met them they took the time to understand what we were trying to achieve and the personality behind our brand. We wanted a partner who could collaborate closely and bring our vision to life and Milk & Tweed felt like the right fit for this."

The partnership involved collaborating on new brand colours and website structure. The updated branding uses green tones with purple accents, and the new site features a more transparent structure to showcase Workspace AV's range of services better. "Milk & Tweed have done a brilliant job, the tone of the site feels welcoming and customer-focused, which was really important to us," said Double. "The new brand colours have translated beautifully into the final design. We're really pleased how they grasped our vision and delivered a website that reflects it so well."

Design agency view

Milk & Tweed Creative Director Jake Jeffries described the evolution of the relationship with Workspace AV:

"It is great how our partnership with Workspace AV has grown over this year. They came in at the start of the year just looking for some website support and hosting, and the relationship has grown to the point where we are now offering them full agency support with all their design, website and marketing needs. We were thrilled to look at the website for them, as we could see the potential it had. They are a great company and provide an amazing service but their existing site didn't reflect that, so we were all very excited to work on the project and we all love the outcome."
