Cornerstone appoints Annee Bayeux as workforce agility lead

Cornerstone has announced the appointment of Annee Bayeux as its new International Workforce Agility Officer in Residence, reinforcing its efforts in workforce agility.

Annee Bayeux joins Cornerstone with more than two decades of expertise in learning and development, mergers and acquisitions, talent management, and HR technologies. Her extensive experience includes leadership positions at several Global 2000 companies like Bosch Automotive, Alstom, General Electric, and Danone. At these firms, Bayeux played a pivotal role in driving company-wide transformations, emphasising workforce readiness and the creation of an agile development culture.

Bayeux is credited with designing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies, establishing HR centres of excellence, and advocating for digital transformation alongside innovative HR tech solutions. She has a strong interest in the Future of Work, focusing on the transition of businesses to skills-based organisations. Bayeux is particularly interested in the use of artificial intelligence to augment the HR function, aiming to boost workforce capabilities.

Prior to joining Cornerstone, Bayeux worked at Degreed, where she was in charge of learning and skills development strategies. Her previous experience includes roles as Chief Learning Strategist at EdCast and Chief Learning Officer at Danone. Additionally, Bayeux has spearheaded HR Process & Tools at General Electric and in 2024, she co-founded Ardoise.ai, an AI start-up dedicated to enhancing corporate upskilling initiatives.

In her new role at Cornerstone, Bayeux will advise clients as they pursue transformative changes and increase workforce agility. Her appointment reflects Cornerstone's ongoing commitment to innovation within the realm of workforce agility solutions.
