Catherine Hemingray has been appointed as its Sales Director.

Hemingray is responsible for leading SmartCIC's commercial teams and working with partners and customers to develop bespoke connectivity and field services solutions.

She is a 16-year veteran and board member at SmartCIC and has held roles that include Carrier Relations Director, Account Director, and Head of Service Delivery.

In her role as Sales Director, Hemingray will lead the SmartCIC sales team and set its commercial strategy. She will support the growth of its business as it serves Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 enterprises.

"I'm excited to lead sales as we take our business to another level. SmartCIC has proven that it can deliver connectivity and field services across unique geographies with efficiency and consistency," Hemingray says.

"There's tremendous momentum behind our business, and we have a model that matches a real need in the market.

"Over the next 12 to 18 months, we're going to ramp up our offering in new markets and help more organisations roll out services and benefit from trusted hands on the ground in local markets across the globe," she adds.

"SmartCIC is entering a new phase of global growth and Catherine will be instrumental in building existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and leading our sales efforts. Her knowledge of changing requirements, partner capabilities and market insights make her an extremely valuable resource for our customers," says Toby Forman, CEO, SmartCIC.

"She provides trusted advice and works in collaboration with customers to find the best solution for serving their needs in local markets. It is an exciting time in our business and we have a fantastic foundation for serving our customers across the globe."
