Ipsotek appoints Dean Coleman as UK & Ireland Manager
Ipsotek has announced the appointment of Dean Coleman as Country Manager for the UK and Ireland.
The new appointment forms part of Ipsotek's expansion strategy within the region, as the company seeks to strengthen its presence across various industry sectors and establish more partnerships to address changing customer requirements.
Dean Coleman brings more than five years of specialist experience in consultative video analytics. During this period, he has managed projects in diverse environments including seaports, military bases, safe city initiatives, and enterprise settings. The company cited his track record of delivering solutions in high-security and mission-critical scenarios as evidence of his expertise in artificial intelligence-driven video analytics.
In addition to his experience in video analytics, Dean Coleman has over 15 years in Video Management System (VMS) sales, having worked in senior roles at Pelco and IndigoVision. According to Ipsotek, his involvement in projects for major UK airports and key national infrastructure assets has fostered an in-depth understanding of VMS and video analytics, two technologies that are becoming more integrated in the current computer vision landscape.
Dr. Boghos Boghossian, Chief Technology Officer and Sales Director at Ipsotek, commented, "Dean's deep knowledge of Computer Vision, underpinned by years of hands-on experience in VMS, makes him uniquely positioned to support our customers. His appointment reflects our commitment to growing the UK and Ireland market by providing intelligent verticalized solutions that deliver real value across sectors."
Dean Coleman also shared his perspective on joining the company: "It's a fantastic time to be joining Ipsotek. I am excited to contribute to the company's next phase of growth, building strong partnerships, exploring new channels, and supporting customers across the UK and Ireland with powerful Computer Vision and AI solutions."
The company stated that the expansion of its European team, which includes Dean Coleman's appointment, will enhance its capacity to provide both expert support and advanced solutions to clients throughout the region.
