Kentico celebrates digital innovation with 2024 awards

The Kentico Site of the Year 2024 Awards have announced their winners, highlighting outstanding digital projects developed using Kentico's platform.

The awards showcase a notable increase in the use of Xperience by Kentico, reflecting its rising popularity among digital experience platforms. This recognition illustrates Kentico's position as a crucial tool in global digital transformation.

Kentico is a content management system known for its digital marketing capabilities, offering organisations tools to deliver focused customer experiences. This year's awards honoured 30 projects, comprising 15 from North America, seven from the Asia-Pacific region, and eight from Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The winners represent a range of industries, reinforcing Kentico's versatile application and effectiveness across different markets.

Dominik Pinter, Chief Executive Officer of Kentico, expressed pride in the award recipients. "The Site of the Year Awards represent a celebration of innovation, creativity, and the power of meaningful, customer-focused experiences. We are proud to work alongside our incredible partners, who continue to push the boundaries of what's possible with Xperience by Kentico. These results showcase the adaptability and scalability of our platform in helping businesses worldwide achieve success," he stated.

The Xperience by Kentico segment saw 13 award-winning projects, underscoring its capacity to help organisations optimise marketing strategies and enhance user engagement. Bobbie Hasenwinkel, Director of Product at The Parking Spot, a winner in the Consumer Goods & Services category, shared insights on the platform's impact. "We are excited about the ability to quickly address customer needs, personalise information, and create a more seamless experience for our users," Hasenwinkel said. "Eliminating the dependence on development resources for these needs will free up our roadmap to concentrate on new features and enhancements."

The awarded projects spanned industries, including education, healthcare, and entertainment, demonstrating Kentico's broad industry appeal. B2B category winners included medmix.swiss by ACTUM Digital, while The Parking Spot, recognised for Consumer Goods & Services, was developed by DataArt. Other winners included ACF Fiorentina in the Entertainment, Hospitality & Tourism category, created by Exetera | Thinking Digital, and Kitsap Credit Union by Americaneagle.com under Financial Services. The Healthcare category was led by Bluebird Care from Ridgeway, and The American Legion won in the NGO and Associations category, also from Americaneagle.com.

The awards also feature the Community Choice Award, inviting the public to vote for their preferred projects. Voting is scheduled to commence on 27 January 2025, concluding on 17 February 2025, allowing the public to participate in selecting the final Site of the Year 2024 honouree.

The Site of the Year Awards underscore Kentico's influence and the robust solutions it offers across a multitude of sectors. As these projects continue to push the envelope on digital innovation, the recognition provides both a benchmark and a motivator for future excellence in digital projects using Kentico's platform.
