Optimizely leads 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for engines

Today

Optimizely has been named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Personalisation Engines.

The digital experience platform provider has received this recognition based on its Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision. Optimizely now holds a leadership position in 12 different analyst reports, covering content management systems, content marketing platforms, experimentation, personalisation, and commerce offerings.

Previously, Optimizely was named a Leader in The Forrester Wave: Experience Optimization Solutions, Q4 2024. In that assessment, Optimizely was acknowledged as the top-ranked solution for both Strategy and Current Offering categories.

Rupali Jain, Chief Product Officer at Optimizely, expressed the company's pride in the recent distinctions. "We couldn't be prouder to be recognised as a Leader in personalisation engines by Gartner just a few short months after being named a Leader by Forrester for experience optimisation," she stated. "We believe this kind of recognition from industry analysts reinforces that Optimizely's deep roots in experimentation and personalisation have set the industry standard for digital experiences."

The Chief Product Officer further elaborated on the capabilities of Optimizely's offerings, noting their enhancement through advanced AI and machine learning technologies throughout the optimisation process. "Our offerings are greatly enhanced by market-leading generative AI and ML capabilities across all stages of the optimisation lifecycle, such as AI driven segments, profile summaries, 1:1 targeting with contextual multi-armed bandits and more. Our team looks forward to further enhancing Optimizely One, the industry's first operating system for marketers and growth teams, to give brands all of the innovative tools they need to best serve their customers," Jain added.

In addition, Optimizely recently launched Optimizely Personalization and acquired NetSpring, a warehouse native analytics platform, to augment its optimisation capabilities.
