Silverpush has launched enhancements to its proprietary contextual intelligence platform, Mirrors, introducing new AI-powered features designed for advertising campaign management across digital platforms.
AI agents in advertising
The upgrade introduces a multi-agent artificial intelligence framework to the Mirrors platform. In this system, several AI agents, each with a dedicated focus, collaborate to streamline and optimise advertising campaigns. Each agent is responsible for a distinct phase of the campaign journey, from initial planning to analytics.
One AI agent addresses campaign setup, processing a brand's brief and transforming it into a contextual media plan. This plan can be executed across multiple platforms, including YouTube, connected TV (CTV), TikTok, Meta, and programmatic channels. A different agent ensures advertisements are placed in environments that are both brand-safe and contextually relevant. Another agent continuously optimises campaigns in real time, adjusting parameters such as targeting and ad placement to drive improvements in engagement, viewability, and conversion rates. A fourth agent monitors performance data, offering deeper insights and actionable recommendations for further refinement.
Coordination between AI agents
Unlike systems where different tools operate independently, each AI agent in the Mirrors framework communicates with the others to share learnings and coordinate action. For instance, if a contextual signal - such as a particular podcast, influencer, type of tutorial, or video category - is found to be performing strongly, the system is able to automatically allocate a larger share of investment to that context, potentially across all platforms where campaigns are active.
The company emphasises that this approach is in line with its client-first AI philosophy, which aims to not only enhance internal processes, but also deliver practical, measurable improvements for advertisers.
Executive perspective
"This is more than an upgrade, it's a shift in how advertising will be run in the future. By having multiple AI agents work in sync, we're building campaigns that can improve on their own, while delivering smarter insights & better outcomes for our clients," said Hitesh Chawla, chief executive officer at Silverpush.
Benefits to advertisers
According to the company, advertisers utilising the upgraded platform can expect to gain access to multi-platform campaign automation, continuous performance optimisation, and deeper insights at the context level that can support improved strategic decision-making. The platform aims to facilitate a model of intelligent, outcome-driven advertising, where artificial intelligence is not just a supportive tool but is actively directing campaign development and optimisation.
Silverpush states the upgrade streamlines the entire advertising process, from planning and execution through to evaluation, offering improvements in campaign efficiency and potentially stronger results for brands and advertisers operating across digital channels.
