Zellis launches Unstoppable campaign to empower HR & payroll
Zellis has launched its "Unstoppable" campaign, focusing on customer partnerships and the role of HR and payroll professionals.
The campaign comes after Zellis' recent acquisition of elementsuite, an AI-enabled HR software company, which extends its offerings in HR, workforce management, and payroll for organisations across the UK and Ireland.
The "Unstoppable" campaign seeks to centre HR and payroll professionals in its narrative, drawing attention to their pivotal contribution in maintaining business continuity amid obstacles such as evolving legislation, administrative demands, and workforce shortages. The campaign also underscores Zellis' commitment to customer service, integrating AI-led software and managed services for HR, workforce management, and payroll.
"HR and payroll teams face more pressure than ever in today's business environment. We recognise that stopping simply isn't an option—neither for these teams nor for the employees who depend on them," Emma Isichei, Chief Marketing Officer at Zellis, said.
"Our 'Unstoppable' campaign reflects this reality and demonstrates our unwavering commitment to partnership. Through our AI-enabled HR, workforce management and payroll technology, and managed services, we empower our customers to work smarter, not harder—ultimately driving exceptional employee experiences and organisational growth."
The central creative theme of the campaign uses the term "UNSTOPPABLE" as both a foundation and a message, conveying the challenges that Zellis sees among its customer base and positioning itself as an organisation that helps to overcome issues ranging from inefficiency to market uncertainty. The campaign is intended as a people-first narrative, aiming to demonstrate the value Zellis delivers to HR and finance teams, as well as signalling its continued growth in the sector.
The manifesto for the campaign, titled "Supporting HR 'without limits'", states that both HR professionals and employees encounter a range of barriers, from shifting regulations and outdated systems to financial stress and unclear processes. According to Zellis, collaboration with its customers is central to overcoming these challenges.
The campaign message reads: "From ever-changing regulations to systems that can't keep up, there are countless obstacles standing in the way of effective HR. And the same goes for employees—financial stress, lack of purpose, and inefficient processes all get in the way of progress. But Zellis believes in working with our customers to remove those barriers.
Through human-centric AI, easy-to-integrate HR/payroll, and robust WFM solutions, Zellis is helping customers become undistracted, unburdened, unconstrained... unstoppable."
As part of the campaign, Zellis also plans to deliver two seminars. The first, to be presented by Steve Elcock, Director of Product – AI and HCM, and James King, Strategic Account Director, will focus on the role of artificial intelligence in HR. The session, titled "AI: Our Greatest Assistant – or Silent Disruptor?", is set for the first day of the event.
Meanwhile, Gethin Nadin, Chief Innovation Officer at Benefex and Zellis, will deliver a session on the second day called "The Cost of Doing Nothing: How Financial Wellbeing Fuels Business Growth and Resilience," examining the impact of employee financial wellbeing on organisation engagement, productivity, and performance.
