New Zealand business process automation and operational excellence provider is ramping up its customer focus with the appointment of Ursula Riemer as Strategic Engagement Director.

Riemer has over 25 years of multi-national industry experience working with enterprise customers to drive business value through process automation. Recent roles include a stint at UiPath, the global market leader in Robotic Process Automation that successfully listed on the New York Stock exchange in 2021.

Quanton managing director and founder Garry Green says the company developed a relationship with Riemer during her time with UiPath – one of Quanton's Robotic Process Automation technology partners. "We have known Ursula for a number of years and have worked with her in the past, so when the opportunity came up for her to join Quanton, we jumped at it because we know what a talent she is.
