Incubeta partners with Popeyes to boost UK digital strategy
Incubeta has partnered with Popeyes to enhance the fast-food chain's digital presence in the UK.
Incubeta, a digital marketing partner, is set to implement geo-targeted marketing strategies for Popeyes in key UK cities as part of a one-year initial contract. This collaboration aims to elevate Popeyes' digital brand leadership within the quick-service restaurant sector. The initiative involves executing integrated through-the-funnel campaigns designed to distinguish Popeyes from its competitors by leveraging cost-effective digital channels and enriching data and personalisation efforts through testing and insights.
Popeyes, known for its Louisiana-style chicken, is expanding its reach with over 4,000 restaurants globally. This new partnership with Incubeta is intended to facilitate further growth in the UK by extending the spirit and flavour of New Orleans. The strategy focuses on increasing audience engagement and brand reach, showcasing choice and value propositions, and activating customer loyalty through targeted campaigns.
Rob Stoner, Head of Commercial at Incubeta, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, "Popeyes has shown remarkable success over the years, and we are really excited to be part of the next phase of their journey, continuing to build upon Popeyes rapid expansion across the UK through exciting, integrated through-the-funnel campaigns. We're proud to support Popeyes UK in its mission to challenge the status quo in the quick-service restaurant industry in the UK."
David Carey, Chief Technology Officer at Popeyes UK, also commented on the collaboration, saying, "We love Incubeta's approach to digital and growth, and after a pitch process that genuinely made us excited we're delighted to have them on board to power this next phase of Popeyes' UK expansion. We know that when people try Popeyes, they love it — and together we'll introduce even more people to the brand. We've got a big year coming up and believe Incubeta can help us make it even bigger."
One of the key factors influencing Popeyes UK's decision to work with Incubeta was the latter's creative execution and understanding of the cultural relevance of chicken in UK urban culture.
