Kolsquare acquires Woomio to boost European market reach

Kolsquare has announced its acquisition of Woomio to enhance its influence in the European influencer marketing sector.

The acquisition marks a significant step for Kolsquare as it continues to expand into new regions and strengthen its position in the European market. Woomio, a well-established influencer marketing software company from Copenhagen, supports over 300 successful agencies and brands across 16 countries, prominently in the Nordic region.

Kolsquare, founded in Paris in 2018 by CEO Quentin Bordage, offers a comprehensive SaaS solution designed to scale influencer marketing strategies through partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). The company has quickly established itself in the market, employing over 50 people and providing services that include sophisticated analytics and access to an extensive influencer database worldwide.

Woomio, established in 2014 by Zeth Edwardsen and Torsten Petersen, delivers a full-cycle software solution for marketers to effectively manage creator programs. The company has become recognised for its services in the Nordics, with a notable client base including brands such as Rituals, Flying Tiger, and Red Bull.
