OneAdvanced appoints new leaders to drive strategy forward

Yesterday

OneAdvanced has announced the appointment of Xavier Langlois as General Counsel and Jon Harrison as Chief Services Officer as part of its strategic growth plans.

Jon Harrison, bringing substantial experience across public, private, and non-profit sectors, is set to oversee professional services, customer support, and customer success at OneAdvanced. His career includes senior leadership roles at software companies such as Ping Identity, ForgeRock, and Sage Group in the UK and Ireland.

Harrison will focus on delivering enhanced customer experiences and ensuring that the company's technology investments provide real value to users. In his new position, he will prioritise customer-centric service delivery, which is central to OneAdvanced's broader strategy.

Xavier Langlois assumes the role of General Counsel, bringing expertise from sectors including SaaS and private equity. He will manage OneAdvanced's legal, compliance, and regulatory matters, ensuring alignment with global standards. His responsibilities include corporate governance, data protection, and privacy, with a focus on ethical use of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence.

Langlois's role will be critical in supporting the company's growth and innovation strategy, providing a secure framework for ongoing development.

This leadership evolution comes as OneAdvanced continues its transformation to prioritise customer needs. Earlier in the year, it launched eight sector-targeted software portfolios designed to boost productivity and collaboration among user bases. These sectors range from Education to Government.

Simon Walsh, CEO of OneAdvanced, remarked, "We are proud to serve the most critical sectors in society, these appointments demonstrate how seriously we take that responsibility. We are on an exciting journey as we transform and evolve to better serve customers' needs while ensuring robust governance and compliance."

He further stated, "Our software powers the world of work for our customers, helping them thrive in today's fast-paced, evolving digital world. We focus on realising a positive societal impact through our commitment to be better for our people, better for the planet, delivering better technology, and being a better business."

Walsh expressed his pride in attracting talent like Xavier Langlois and Jon Harrison to the team, noting their shared vision to develop as a leading provider in sector-focussed SaaS software. "I am excited about the impact they will have, not only to the way we run our business, but to the experience we deliver to our customers who are at the heart of every decision we make," he said.
