PPDS & Oracle Red Bull Racing redefine team collaboration with 4K displays
The automobile racing world is witnessing a fantastic collaboration between PPDS (Philips) and Oracle Red Bull Racing (ORBR) that is set to revolutionise the way global market teams work and collaborate. 13 interactive 4K Philips Professional Displays will be installed at ORBR's outstanding MK7 headquarters.
These innovative installations will completely alter the methods of communication and collaboration used by marketing teams based at MK7 headquarters and those working remotely, including those at racing events. The goal is to create a seamless platform to expedite new communication ideas and creative content opportunities for motor racing fans around the globe. These installations have been completed promptly, ready for the 2024 F1 season, to be taken advantage of by ORBR, the reigning world champions.
The interactive Philips displays are geared towards enhancing the reach and influence of ORBR's growing digital footprint. These include redesigning content for various platforms and effectively streamlining content for ORBR's considerable following. This venture aims to capitalise on the momentum of the ORBR's increasing popularity and to connect with fans on a more personal and engaging level.
The Milton Keynes, UK-based venue, has been selected to deploy the Philips Professional Displays. Embracing innovation and technology, these displays offer new avenues for communication and creativity within the world-renowned racing giant's headquarters.
Discussing the project, Olly Hughes, Chief Marketing Officer at Oracle Red Bull Racing, commented: "We looked at several vendors, but PPDS and Philips Professional Displays were the ones that had the best product to answer what we were looking for."
"Getting the marketing teams together, working on content collaboratively, viewing it in sharp, bold contrast, on quality displays is really important. These Philips Professional Displays are a game changer and the perfect solution for our marketing office environment."
Tim de Ruiter, Business Development Director at PPDS, added: "In the fast-paced world of F1 racing, there's simply no substitute for teamwork. Technology, whether for building vehicles or creating inspirational and highly innovative marketing campaigns, plays a crucial role in achieving goals and ambitions."
"After meeting with the marketing team at MK-7, it was clear that bringing each team within the busy department together and providing them with the tools to collaborate on projects, share ideas and, crucially, celebrate their successes, was a key focus."
"It was a challenge we were happy to accept, and we are proud of the impact these state-of-the-art Philips Professional Displays, designed to meet the highest levels of demand, such as in F1, have already made in a short space of time. We look forward to continuing to partner with Oracle Red Bull Racing, supporting them as they edge even further ahead of their competitors."
This collaboration signifies a considerable step forward in the world of motor racing. More than just interactive displays, these installations are integral to supporting and bolstering ORBR's championship-winning strategies. By catering to the needs of remote and on-site teams, the displays are expected to help foster a more unified, efficient, and dynamic working approach, ultimately accelerating the creative process while enabling the production of highly engaging content for ORBR's global fan base.
This collaboration of experts, PPDS, ORBR, and the Philips brand embodies the spirit of innovation, cooperation, and the relentless pursuit of excellence in the exhilarating world of Formula 1 racing.
