Curtis Walker appointed MD at Hybrid Anchor for growth

Curtis Walker has been appointed as Managing Director at software developer Hybrid Anchor, a strategic move aligned with the company's expansion plans.

Walker steps into his new role with a wealth of experience, previously having founded Abstract Canvas, a 3D visualisation studio based in Glasgow. This transition allows Hybrid founder and former Managing Director, John Loudon, to focus on business development and acquisitions. Recently, Hybrid Anchor successfully incorporated Edinburgh-based web support firm Off Canvas into its group.

John Loudon expressed his confidence in the leadership change, stating, "Bringing Curtis on board is a transformative step. Loudon highlighted Walker's previous accomplishments, including his work on projects like the Radisson Hotel developments in the UK and US, and the Marischal Square development in Aberdeen. His previous roles in other Glasgow agencies saw him not only manage operations and client strategies but also build a 3D studio from the ground up."
