WorkBuzz launches AI tool to decode employee survey feedback

WorkBuzz has introduced Perspectives, a new artificial intelligence offering designed to help business leaders quickly distil and interpret employee sentiment from open-ended survey responses.

Understanding feedback

The tool analyses employee-written comments collected in surveys, identifying central themes and conveying them as narratives intended for leaders and HR professionals. These insights are delivered via avatars customised to reflect each company's branding. The aim is to facilitate actionable understanding by transforming raw feedback into structured stories, which can then inform organisational decisions.

Perspectives categorises feedback by department, demographic, and specific business area, providing targeted analysis for different parts of the organisation. These capabilities are designed to enable leaders to address specific concerns - for instance, comments related to workplace appreciation or requests for flexible working arrangements. The processed narratives can be shared internally to initiate discussions or aid in strategic planning.

Operational efficiency

With the aggregation and interpretation of unstructured data handled by the system, managers and human resources leaders are expected to devote less time to manual data analysis. The technology aims to enable faster response times and improve confidence in decision-making by highlighting actionable insights drawn directly from employee experiences.
