Emergn appoints Jaime Ruhl as Chief Revenue Officer for growth
Emergn has appointed Jaime Ruhl as Chief Revenue Officer to support its global expansion and strengthen its customer-focused solutions in emerging markets.
New appointment
Ruhl has assumed the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), where she will lead all go-to-market functions across the business. Her responsibilities include driving coordination between sales, marketing, and delivery teams as Emergn seeks to deliver value for organisations evolving from project to product-based operating models.
Emergn Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Alex Adamopoulos, outlined the strategic rationale behind the appointment. He said, "Appointing a CRO is a significant step in Emergn's ambition to bring tighter integration to our sales, marketing, and delivery efforts, driving consistent value creation and scaling our promise: to improve the way people and companies work. Forever."
"Jaime's proven ability to turn vision into action, especially in new and evolving markets, makes her the perfect fit. Her leadership will be instrumental as we expand our global footprint and continue to empower our clients to work smarter, more efficiently, and deliver valuable outcomes by focusing on Value, Flow, and Quality."
Background and experience
Ruhl brings over 15 years of commercial leadership experience, including previous roles at Avanade and Atos. She most recently served as Emergn's Vice President of Sales for North America, where she was responsible for enterprise sales and leading customer-focused teams. Her approach emphasises mentorship and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on building a culture of strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
On her appointment, Ruhl stated, "I'm incredibly grateful to step into this role and help drive Emergn's next chapter of strategic growth globally in both the markets we serve and those that are rapidly emerging for us."
"There's a real opportunity to bring our solutions, grounded in the VFQ philosophy, to new markets in a way that makes a lasting impact for customers and teams alike. Emergn's focus on helping clients understand what truly matters to their customers and the business, then delivering that value in frequent, meaningful increments, is more critical than ever."
Strategic growth and philosophy
Ruhl's appointment comes as Emergn looks to accelerate its growth in several key industries, where it has built experience over the past 15 years. Her strategy is described as deliberate and economical, with an emphasis on building a reliable foundation and targeting expansion only where the company can deliver differentiated value.
The company's approach is underpinned by its Value, Flow, Quality (VFQ) philosophy. This framework is core to Emergn's consulting, technology, and capability development services. It is intended to help clients deliver value early and often, optimise workflow, and enhance quality using fast feedback.
Client base and service offering
Emergn counts Fortune 500, FTSE 100, and Global 2000 businesses among its clients. The company's consulting services, including its Praxis offering, are designed to help organisations build their own capabilities and manage transformations independently, reducing reliance on outside consultants.
Ruhl will be focusing on bringing this service approach to new high-potential and fast-paced markets as part of her mandate to further Emergn's global growth.
