Glass Atlas launches in UK & Ireland after four-way agency merger

Fri, 17th Oct 2025

A new digital agency called Glass Atlas has launched in the UK and Ireland following the merger of four previously established brands.

Glass Atlas brings together Space 48, Bring Digital, Brave the Skies, and This is Digital under one integrated agency. The merger consolidates more than 180 specialists from the former Dark Matter Commerce group, combining areas of expertise in performance marketing and commerce technology into a single, unified structure.

The agency already works with well-known brands such as Richer Sounds, The Grafton Group, American Golf, Footasylum, and St John Ambulance. Glass Atlas holds strategic partnerships with eCommerce and digital platforms including Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, Google, and Meta.

According to the company, Glass Atlas aims to support established brands in navigating complex digital challenges by offering a broad suite of services delivered under one governance framework. This is intended to provide clients with improved access to integrated consultancy, commerce, and marketing solutions.

Leadership team

Glass Atlas will be led by Jon Woodall as Chief Executive Officer. Hannah Eames has been named Chief Financial Officer, while Justin Young will serve as Chief Commercial Officer.

Andy Mitchell is Managing Partner, Performance Marketing, and will work alongside Demie Loizou, who also takes the role of Managing Partner. Overseeing commerce technology, Jake Smith becomes Managing Director, Commerce Technology, joined by Stephen Kenealy as Commercial Director for Commerce Technology, and Tom Robertshaw as Innovation Director.

Discussing the launch, Jon Woodall, CEO of Glass Atlas, stated:

"Glass Atlas was born from a simple idea: businesses deserve a partner who can see the whole map and help them find the best route forward. By bringing together four brilliant agencies, we've created something greater than the sum of its parts.

"We're here for the moments when the stakes are high and the path isn't clear. With transparency at our core, our mission is to help established brands grow beyond what they thought possible; not just in numbers, but in maturity, resilience, and long-term value."

The agency's formation is aimed at providing brands with a single point of access to expertise spanning both marketing and technology services. Through its strategic partnerships with leading platforms, Glass Atlas intends to help its clients make informed decisions and implement solutions to meet evolving market pressures.

Client base and partnerships

Glass Atlas's client roster includes retailers and organisations operating across a variety of sectors. Existing partnerships are in place with global technology firms, which the agency said enable it to offer a mix of consultancy and implementation services to its clients.

The combined services offered by Glass Atlas are positioned as supporting transformation and growth. The agency highlights its integrated approach as a factor that allows clients to streamline decision-making and execution for digital projects.

With its headquarters in Manchester, Glass Atlas will operate throughout the UK and Ireland. Its team of over 180 employees includes specialists from the merged agencies, now functioning under one governance and delivery structure.

The new agency will continue to work alongside its current client base while seeking opportunities to expand its services to support additional brands with their digital commerce and marketing strategies.
