Qualtrics & SAP partner to enhance employee experiences

Qualtrics has announced a partnership with SAP designed to enhance employee experiences by integrating Qualtrics' XM for Employee Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

The collaboration aims to optimise employee experience, reduce employee attrition, retain top performers, enhance employee engagement, and increase productivity for organisations. Under the SAP Endorsed Apps agreement, companies using SAP SuccessFactors will now be able to deploy Qualtrics XM for Employee Experience, benefiting from tools such as People Engage, People Lifecycle, and Employee Technology Experience.

This integration intends to provide businesses with capabilities to engage teams more effectively, improve managerial performance, and make informed HR decisions. Additionally, the partnership promises to introduce new Qualtrics AI features to those using SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualtrics Assist for Employee Experience will enable rapid analysis of employee feedback, giving clear and actionable insights for experience improvement using AI-powered natural language understanding.

The Qualtrics Comment Summaries feature will aggregate and summarise employee feedback into distinct themes, helping managers quickly identify feedback patterns while maintaining the anonymity of employees.

Qualtrics Conversational Feedback analysis will instantly scrutinise survey responses, prompting for further details on ambiguous answers to provide richer and more detailed insights.
