Sinch earns Tier One for A2P SMS excellence in ROCCO report

Sinch has received a Tier One ranking in the Roaming Consulting Company's 2024 A2P SMS Market Impact Reports, recognising its contributions to customer communications technology.

The awards highlight the company's excellence in delivering A2P SMS products for enterprises and mobile network operators (MNOs). ROCCO's research evaluates vendors based on feedback from 100 enterprises spread across 43 countries and 216 mobile network operators in 103 countries. To secure a Tier One ranking, vendors must achieve a score of over four out of five in areas such as reliability, technical expertise, customer service, value for money, transparency, and quality of service.

The survey results from ROCCO indicate that Sinch serves the most enterprise customers among the vendors evaluated. Those enterprises that use Sinch's A2P SMS solutions have reported noticeable improvements in factors such as deliverability, expanded reach, higher conversion rates, and communication strategies.

Sinch's collaboration with MNOs is also a noteworthy feature of the report, accentuating the company's efforts to protect and enhance the value of SMS. Sinch processes over 250 billion messages annually through more than 600 direct mobile operator connections in over 40 countries, maintaining its position as a significant entity in the messaging industry.
