Glass Atlas unites four agencies to launch new digital powerhouse

Fri, 24th Oct 2025

Glass Atlas has officially launched as a new digital agency following the integration of four established brands: Space 48, Bring Digital, Brave the Skies, and This is Digital.

This merger brings together over 180 specialists from what was previously the Dark Matter Commerce group under the Glass Atlas brand, consolidating their expertise in performance marketing and commerce technology.

Agency structure

As part of the launch, Jon Woodall has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Glass Atlas. Hannah Eames has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, with Justin Young moving into the Chief Commercial Officer role.

Andy Mitchell, Managing Partner at Performance Marketing, will oversee the agency's performance marketing division. It will collaborate with Demie Loizou, who has also stepped into the role of Managing Partner.

In charge of the commerce technology offering is Jake Smith as Managing Director, Commerce Technology. Stephen Kenealy, the new Commercial Director for Commerce Technology, and Tom Robertshaw, as Innovation Director, will join Smith.

Service offering

Glass Atlas aims to provide a unified structure for clients, making access to a broad set of services more straightforward and managed under one governance framework. The agency's capabilities span performance marketing, commerce technology, and integrated consultancy.

It holds strategic partnerships with major platforms, including Shopify, BigCommerce, and Adobe Commerce, and has also secured top-tier partner status with Google and Meta in the UK.

Clients of Glass Atlas include established brands such as Richer Sounds, The Grafton Group, American Golf, Footasylum, and St John Ambulance.

Focus and goals

Speaking on the formation of the agency, Jon Woodall, Chief Executive Officer of Glass Atlas, stated:

"Glass Atlas was born from a simple idea: businesses deserve a partner who can see the whole map and help them find the best route forward. By bringing together four brilliant agencies, we've created something greater than the sum of its parts."

"We're here for the moments when the stakes are high and the path isn't clear. With transparency at our core, our mission is to help established brands grow beyond what they thought possible; not just in numbers, but in maturity, resilience, and long-term value."

Glass Atlas positions itself to support established brands as they navigate complex challenges and seek new stages of growth. It aims to facilitate transformation not only in financial performance but also in operational maturity and organisational resilience.

Partnerships and client base

By leveraging partnerships with Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, Google, and Meta, Glass Atlas aims to offer enhanced digital marketing and commerce solutions to its clientele. The agency's current client portfolio comprises a mix of retailers and brands across sectors, providing services that address both marketing and technological aspects of digital commerce.

Market presence

With over 180 specialists across multiple disciplines, Glass Atlas will operate from its headquarters in Manchester, serving businesses throughout the UK and Ireland. The agency's unified offering is designed to meet the needs of established brands seeking guidance on digital transformation and sustainable growth strategies.
