Supersonik secures USD $5 million to launch AI demo agent

Fri, 5th Sep 2025

Supersonik has announced the completion of a USD $5 million seed funding round led by Andreessen Horowitz, with investment from several strategic angels associated with Google, DeepMind, and Salesforce, to support the launch of its multilingual AI agent for live product demonstrations.

Funding details

The seed round is intended to accelerate the development and deployment of Supersonik's autonomous AI agent, which the company says is designed to join live video calls instantly and deliver customised, interactive product demos in multiple languages. The company has stated that its solution draws on live product usage and a broad base of company information to adapt presentations in real time according to the prospect's needs.

The founding team includes Daniel Carmona Serrat, Joaquim Lechà, and Pol Ruiz, who collectively bring experience from entrepreneurship, SaaS management, and artificial intelligence. Daniel Carmona Serrat serves as Supersonik's Chief Executive Officer.

Product approach

According to Supersonik, its AI agent is able to share screens on instant video calls and deliver tailored demonstrations without requiring prospects to fill in forms or wait for human sales representatives. The system is capable of pulling information directly from company CRM systems, websites, documentation, and knowledge bases, which enables each demonstration to reflect the individual prospect's industrial sector, company size, geography, and technical requirements.

"Our vision is simple. Every prospect should be able to click a button and get a live, personalized demo of real software, in their own language, the moment they are ready. No forms, waitlists, or back-and-forth," said Daniel Carmona, CEO of Supersonik.

Supersonik claims its on-demand model enables companies to reach software buyers globally and at scale, without the need to increase sales headcount. The agent is also able to operate in almost any language and at any time, responding instantly to buyer interest. Use cases highlighted by the company include website-embedded demo requests, re-engaging dormant leads, qualifying and routing prospects, and upselling features to existing accounts.

Founding team

The formation of Supersonik brought together Daniel Carmona Serrat and Pol Ruiz, who previously collaborated on automating operations with artificial intelligence, and Joaquim Lechà, former Chief Executive Officer at Typeform. The founders stated that they identified an opportunity to address the delays common in the software sales cycle by developing a system capable of scaling live product demos through AI.

"We're living through the biggest tech shift of our lifetime with AI, and teaming up with Dani and Pol was a no-brainer to build a future where every company can engage buyers instantly, globally, and at scale, transforming how software is discovered and bought." added Joaquim Lechà, co-founder at Supersonik.

The company reports that, ahead of public launch, it is already working with multiple customers and expects to double its workforce by the end of 2025. The fresh capital will be used to recruit engineering and go-to-market teams, alongside further development and investment in the technical infrastructure behind the AI agent, aiming for reliability, compliance, and security at enterprise scale.

Investor perspective

"Live demos have been too costly and slow for most SaaS companies to scale. Supersonik changes that by turning the sales process into an instant, interactive product experience that delivers real value from the start. This is a fast, technical team with the ability to recruit and build at the highest level, and we believe they're poised to redefine how software is sold," said Gabriel Vasquez, Partner at Andreessen Horowitz.

Future plans

Supersonik said it intends to expand beyond sales demonstrations, aiming to use its AI agents for customer onboarding, support queries, contract renewals, and additional aspects of customer interaction, with the aim of providing businesses with the ability to engage clients in real time across the customer lifecycle.

On the speed and availability of the system, Daniel Carmona added:

"Buyers move fast. The fastest way to lose a deal is to make a buyer wait. Supersonik makes sure you never lose a deal to an avoidable delay."
