BookMyAdvert.com unveils UK's first self-serve TV ad platform

BookMyAdvert.com has launched as the UK's first online self-service platform for booking television advertising campaigns across major broadcasters and digital channels.

The platform, developed by TVADSWORK, allows brands, media buyers, and business owners to plan and book TV ads nationally or regionally, starting from 2p per view. Unlike previous platforms focused solely on Connected TV, BookMyAdvert.com offers access to leading broadcasters including ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky, as well as streaming services such as Prime and YouTube.

According to TVADSWORK, the new service aims to simplify television advertising. Clients can log in, select their audience, region, set their own budget and scheduling preferences, and book campaigns without engaging in time-intensive proposals or industry-specific discussions traditionally associated with the sector.

Audience targeting

A notable feature of the platform is SmartAdsTM, an audience targeting tool that uses data to reach viewers across both traditional and digital television channels. This capability is designed to assist those unfamiliar with the complexities of channel selection in targeting relevant audiences regardless of how or where they watch content.

TVADSWORK cites significant changes in the media environment, where ease of use and rapid campaign deployment on platforms such as Meta and Google has become the norm. Despite this, television remains a key channel for brands seeking reach and trust among UK audiences.

BookMyAdvert.com supports advertisers wishing to use existing broadcast-ready creative assets. The site, however, also offers creative development services by TVADSWORK's in-house team for those wishing to produce new commercials. All content must meet broadcast compliance standards to be eligible for transmission.

The booking platform is available to use around the clock, intended to offer flexibility and lower-cost entry points compared to traditional TV advertising routes. Users can manage campaigns according to their own schedules, mirroring the self-service model familiar to digital advertisers.

Broader accessibility

The launch targets a range of users, from small business owners and in-house marketing teams to agencies and independent media buyers. For campaigns that require in-depth planning or execution, TVADSWORK's specialist support remains available to provide tailored strategic advice.

BookMyAdvert.com also includes the ability to create and book digital audio campaigns, allowing for multi-media initiatives through the same system.
